The next block in the Mini Patchwork Sampler Quilt Series is the Spider Web Block. It’s a fun block and uses some itty bitty scraps. Instead of making a long post here on my blog I’ve decided to whip up a Google document. And you can easily print it if you need to. Just click the photo above to access it!

Now you’re getting ahead of me! I am working on the first block this afternoon — as the rain comes down and the temperatures dip. I think the weekend’s going to be awash, so maybe I’ll try my hand at the spider web next.

I have been sewing for years and love working on something new. I just completed the first triangle of this block and it was so much fun! Thanks for the tutorial!

I clicked on the picture for the spider web block and got an “error” message like it’s no longer availble. I am writing this on 1/1/13 and your post id from 2011. Can you help me get the directins for this block? It’s one of your most interesting and prettiest, I think. Thanks for inspiring me to do a smapler. I agree with you about making a large quilt using one pattern repetively. Ugh!
